Ninja Classes
At Princeton Family Adventure Center, our trainers encourage young warriors to incorporate fitness, self-confidence, and discipline into their daily lives.
Ninja warrior classes are designed to help students develop physical and mental skills that support them not only on the obstacle course but also in everyday challenges.
During weekly training, ninjas will improve their balance, agility, coordination, speed, strength, flexibility, endurance, and motor planning — all while having fun with peers in a clean, bright, and social setting.
Classes are 60 minutes long and take place once a week. Students also receive half-price access to open gym sessions during the same season.
